Because many of our products are sourced directly from our suppliers, we have two different shipping timelines to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.Locally Crafted Products: Our hand-crafted South African perfumes and other locally made items are shipped within 1 to 7 business days from the date of your order.
Direct-Sourced Products: Products sourced directly from our international suppliers typically ship within 7 to 14 business days from the date of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.Shipping Areas & Costs
Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all areas within South Africa.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value and destination of your order.Tracking Your Order
